Step by Step

Open Gmail and click the gear icon
Head to mail.google.com on your computer. Look for the ⚙️ gear icon in the top-right corner — then click "See all settings" from the dropdown.

Click the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab
Gmail Settings has several tabs at the top. Look for the one that says "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" — it might be the 5th or 6th tab. Click it.

Add a forwarding address
Click the "Add a forwarding address" button. A small window will pop up — type in and click Next.

Check your inbox for a confirmation email
Gmail sends a verification email to to confirm. Don't worry — our system auto-handles this for you. Just wait a moment, then move to the next step.

Gmail sent a message to myfamilybriefpoc@agentmail.to with a confirmation code.
Look for an email in your Gmail inbox from Google like:
"Gmail Forwarding Confirmation – Receive Mail from your-email@gmail.com"
The email contains a confirmation link or code that looks like:

Enter the confirmation code
Go back to Gmail Settings → Forwarding tab. You'll see a box to enter the confirmation code. Type it in and click Verify.

Turn on forwarding and save
Now select "Forward a copy of incoming mail" and choose from the dropdown. Scroll down and click Save Changes. You're done! 🎉

Set up a Gmail Filter to forward only emails from specific senders — like your soccer league, school newsletter, or team app. In Gmail Settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses → Create a filter by sender email → check "Forward to" → choose MyFamilyBrief. Takes 2 extra minutes and keeps things tidy.
